Java Burn ingredients: merchant list vs evidence
The official Java Burn page currently names chlorogenic acid, Camellia sinensis, chromium, L-carnitine, L-theanine and a vitamin complex. That list tells us what the merchant says is in the formula; it does not by itself establish the product's clinical effect.
| Ingredient | Reason it appears in supplement marketing | Evidence caution |
|---|---|---|
| Chlorogenic acid | Coffee-associated polyphenol often discussed in metabolism research. | Ingredient research does not automatically validate a finished blend. |
| Camellia sinensis / green tea | Source of catechins and caffeine-related compounds. | Effect size and formulation matter. |
| Chromium | Essential trace mineral involved in macronutrient metabolism. | NIH describes weight-loss benefits as very small. |
| L-carnitine | Participates in fatty-acid transport into mitochondria. | NIH says weight-loss trial results are mixed. |
| L-theanine | Commonly paired with caffeine in focus/alertness products. | Not evidence that a coffee supplement causes fat loss. |
| Vitamin complex | Vitamins support normal physiological functions. | More is not automatically better; label dose matters. |
